I used this garage a lot but they just aren’t as good as they used to be. Today, I got my car serviced else where and they said that my filters were terrible and there is no way they were changed on the last service. I obviously have no proof to go back to them but I expect the job to be carried out that I paid for. Disappointed and annoyed. I wouldn’t recommend this garage at all.

Well..... I'm still waiting for the promised call, 5 mths later. They removed a new armiture which they then kept when it should have been given to us. They put ball joints in without washers... thus leaving a 10 mil gap that we've been driving on. Considering the work we have just had done (not at Busby Stoop) rectifying their mistake and cost comparisons on parts, and labour...i would say justifies this rating of (grudgingly) one star. More straight talk... less smarm... cant recommend.

Failed MOT with them and asked for under £500 to fix it. I had to pick up my car and take it back the next day to be fixed. Sorted 1 of the failures on the MOT myself, however this wasn’t noticed and I was still charged for it. They arranged a courtesy car as the parts were delayed which was great! On every phone call with them I was checking if the price would be the same, they said yes, the total is just under £500. I went to pick it up with £500 cash only to find out the total was £561. How come? Apparently the vat wasn’t calculated. That’s not a total of £500, is it? While waiting, I phoned the nearest to them garages and asked how much would it cost me to sort the issues out from the list. One said £350, the other around £400 !!!. That’s over £200 difference… Make your own choices, but I wouldn’t be returning. Very disappointed, poor service and very, very expensive labour!

Having had previous good service from this garage my latest experience has been nothing short of appalling. It took them 8 week's to MOT my car , which on return had a faulty O2 sensor fitted and also now had a sump oil leak. They had the gall to try and charge me for further diagnostic and labour charges to replace the faulty sensor they had fitted. They have had my car a further month whilst awaiting a new sump pan. Prior to MOT I had no EML issue's or oil leaks. Please draw your own conclusions Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Completed my MOT while I waited and had a part required ordered and fitted quickly. Washed my car in the time it took for the part to arrive. Excellent service and why I return every year. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Had a problem with my Chrysler 300c Spoke to service manager about my problems, he said they could help me. Car was booked in, 3 days later car was repaired and very impressed with service. I was advised of another problem whilst car was in and that problem was resolved. All in All very good service and price Highly Recommended
